How Does It Work? |
When you join Christian Archives you are supplied with a secure administrative login and password that provides you with access to the file upload tool, which is an extremely easy way to upload content to the website for convenient listening and viewing by members.
The upload interface requires that you (or the person or people designated to do the uploading) complete a secure, online form that provides Christian Archives with the information needed to properly categorize and archive materials.
The form asks for a title and a 75-word description to help categorize the material by topic (see list, below), and it also asks you to supply 5 pertinent keywords that further define the content. This extra information is invaluable. It allows the Christian Archives "engine" to efficiently organize and categorize materials for the fastest, easiest access possible by members.
Custom Web Page management tools are also supplied, allowing you to edit your church profile page on Christian Archives. If your church doesn’t have a website, this helps fill a gap by providing you with an online presence. If your church has a website, the page is still useful because it serves as a handy link to lead your community directly to your materials posted on Christian Archives or visa-versa. This page is very easy for you, the member administrator, to customize. |

| 1. Microphone records service/ sermon that is fed to a digital recorder, mixing board tied to a laptop or directly to a laptop. |
2. Christian Archives administrator completes on-line form, attaches the audio/video file and uploads it to Christian Archives. |
3. The audio/video file is securely stored at the Christian Archives data center and is searchable by title, speaker, subject category or keyword. |

Individual Members |
Christian Archives is open to individuals for membership as well. Individual membership allows you to access all public materials and to download an unlimited amount of Christian content directly to your computer or MP3 player.
As an individual member you also receive a secure login and password that grants you access to your own private membership page. An admin panel allows you to customize your private page to provide any information you find useful and may want to share with friends and family. It's a convenient way for you to stay organized and track recent and/or favorite downloads. |
