Membership Terms/Disclaimer
This agreement sets out the legally binding terms of your use of an individual, merchant or church membership in the Service. These terms are designed to protect ChristianArchives.org members and churches while maintaining a safe and productive environment. You must agree to the following terms of service prior to receiving individual, merchant or church membership access.
You may terminate your membership at any time for any reason by sending an email to membership@christianarchives.org.
1) You hereby certify to Christian Archives (hereafter referred to CHRISTIAN ARCHIVES) that you are at least 13 years old. CHRISTIAN ARCHIVES is intended for people who are at least 13 years old. Children under the age of 13 are not permitted to join CHRISTIAN ARCHIVES or participate in CHRISTIAN ARCHIVES. CHRISTIAN ARCHIVES will remove accounts held by people if it learns they are under the age of 13.
2) You agree not to use the account, username, or password of another Member at any time or to disclose your password to a third party. Creating multiple accounts under the same identity is not allowed.
3) You agree to notify CHRISTIAN ARCHIVES immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or access to your password. You are solely responsible for any and all use of your account.
4) The services of CHRISTIAN ARCHIVES are for the use of individual, merchant or church members only and may NOT be used in conjunction with any commercial endeavors. Illegal and/or unauthorized use of the services, including collecting usernames and/or email addresses, church data, and information of members by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited email is forbidden. Appropriate legal action will be taken, including without limitation, civil, criminal and injunctive redress for violations. Any spamming or unsolicited messaging of CHRISTIAN ARCHIVES members will result in removal of your account along with appropriate legal action against the offending party.
5) You may not upload, post, email or otherwise transmit any content that you do not have a right to transmit under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationship or any content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any party.
6) You may not upload, post, email or otherwise transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable; lewd pictures or severely obscene language will not be tolerated. All foul language, any form of harassing or hate speech must be eliminated from private and public messages. Promoting beliefs through the use of aggressive, abusive, disrespectful, slanderous or harassing words or content will not be tolerated. Any posting, comment, picture or content of any kind that is blatantly and disrespectfully anti-God will be removed and the users' account may be warned, suspended or removed and banned at the discretion of the administration of CHRISTIAN ARCHIVES.
7) You are solely responsible for the content that you post on or through any of the services, and any materials or information that you transmit to other members and for your interactions with other Users. Content is not necessarily reviewed by CHRISTIAN ARCHIVES prior to posting and does not necessarily reflect the opinions or policies of CHRISTIAN ARCHIVES. CHRISTIAN ARCHIVES makes no warranties, express or implied, as to the content or to the accuracy and reliability of the content or any material or information that you transmit to other church or individual members. The CHRISTIAN ARCHIVES administrative staff may, at any time however, edit profiles, blogs, comments, bulletins, sharing posts, or events to remove content deemed inappropriate found to violate any of the provisions stated above.
8) By displaying or publishing (posting) any content on CHRISTIAN ARCHIVES, you hereby grant CHRISTIAN ARCHIVES a limited license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce and distribute such content through CHRISTIAN ARCHIVES services. The license you grant is non-exclusive, fully-paid and royalty-free, sub licensable and worldwide. The license will terminate at the time you remove your content from the site. Except for content posted by you, you may not copy, modify, translate, publish, broadcast, transmit, distribute, perform, display or sell any content appearing on or through the CHRISTIAN ARCHIVES website without the expressed and written consent of the content owner.
Copyright Policy
I hereby grant Christian Archives, LLC permission to copy and distribute the material uploaded to the Christian Archive website to Christian Archives members and newsletter subscribers. I understand that I retain all other rights in the copyright work, including without limitation, the right to copy and distribute the work as I see fit as the copyright holder of these materials. By agreeing to this I acknowledge that I am the copyright holder, or have the authority to act on behalf of the copyright holder and that the materials do not infringe the copyright or other legal rights of any third parties. I understand that I may be responsible for any liabilities Christian Archives, LLC may incur if it is shown that I am not the copyright holder or acting on behalf of the copyright holder. |
