Do you offer webcasting?
We do not offer webcasting right now.
How do I convert a file to the required format?
Depending upon the software used to capture the audio or video file, you might be able to do a “save as” in that software and save a copy as a .mp3 or mp4 file. If you do not have that options we recommend that you download one of the free software programs that we suggest and convert the files that way. Converting files from one format to another is relatively simple.

If I delete a file by mistake, is there any easy way to get it back, or do I have to upload it again?
Probably. In some cases if you notify us of the mistake immediately we may be able to reinstate the file. If not you will have to upload again.
I’ve lost my password, how do I get a new one?
When you log in to Christian Archives you are asked for you email address and login/password. If you have forgotten your password, click on the “Lost your password” link and follow the instructions.

When I upload my files it takes forever – sometimes my computer times out. Do I have to start over?
It is unfortunate, but you probably have to start over. This should not normally occur when people are uploading/downloading using a hi-speed connection, but could happen it you are using a slower, dial-up connection. If you are on a dial-up we advise that you observe your computer while it is uploading/downloading…if the screen switches to screen saver move your mouse to bring the screen back and you’ll keep it on track. It is more likely that this occurs with video files, which are typically twice the size as audio files.
